preheat grill to 400 degrees. lightly season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, creole and blackened seasoning. grill for approx. 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Cool and Cube.
prepare salad by adding all of the ingredients to a bowl.
top with balsamic dressing or Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette.
toss to coat the salad with dressing. Enjoy!
