Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt nonfat
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed meal
  • 1 tsp agave five (or any sweetener you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries

Instructions

  1. add yogurt, almond butter, ground flax seed meal and agave to the bowl. 

  2. stir

  3. top with berries
