BENEFITS OF EATING CHICKEN
Chicken is full of essential vitamins and minerals. It is a GREAT source of protein that is both low fat and low calorie. This makes chicken one of the best and most versatile proteins when trying to lose weight.
It is a staple in our house because it is so easy to just throw on the grill, bake, saute etc. I adapted this recipe from Daydream Kitchen and per usual I changed a few things!
I turned down the heat to 450 degrees and season the chicken breast with creole, salt and pepper before applying sauce. I also thought it needed a wee bit more sauce so I made 1.5x Daydream Kitchen’s called for.
Serve this over cauliflower hash and spoon some of the brown sugar garlic sauce over it. Omg. So easy and delicious!
