This tomato cucumber avocado stomato-cucumber-avocado-saladalad is easy, fresh and healthy! You get your full assortment of vegetables as well as healthy fats in this salad.

The original recipe for this salad came from my mother! One day while making her tomato cucumber salad I noticed I had a half avocado sitting there and decided to throw it in. What a TREAT! Best idea I’ve ever had, if I do say so myself! If you aren’t a fan of avocado just leave it out!

CUSTOMIZE TO TASTE PREFERENCE

Add the olive oil, garlic salt and pepper and taste. You might need to add more. Friendly reminder: you can always add more seasoning but you can’t take it away!

I love to use my avocado slicer to cut the avocado. This little tool has made slicing and dicing avocados easy!tomato-cucumber-avocado-ingredients

Your guests will inhale this fresh treat. No leafy greens to choke down on this one. Just fresh, crispy veggies with a little seasoning and you are good to go!
