Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

May 31, 2018 By //  by Brie OCD

rosemary potatoesThese roasted rosemary potatoes are scrumdiddly-umptious! I got this recipe from my friend Rita, who got it from her long-time friend Ina Garten (just kidding!)

RECIPE

As I mentioned this delicious recipe is from Ina Garten. Click here to get it! This recipe only contains potatoes and seasonings so it is naturally gluten-free and vegetarian. These potatoes take a weeeee bit of time (an hour in the oven), BUT are so easy to make and are so worth the wait! I get compliments every time I make them!

SERVE WITH…

I serve these potatoes as a side with steak, salmon, pork chops, you name it! (click on each main course listed to get the recipe).  If I have leftovers, I will make an omelette in the morning and eat them for breakfast! People, these roasted rosemary potatoes are versatile so pair them with any main of choice!

WHERE TO BUY

I buy my potatoes all over the place! If I am in Von’s (the local market) I will buy their baby red potatoes. If I am in Trader Joe’s, I will either buy baby red potatoes or the sack of mixed baby potatoes shown in the photo below. OR if I know I am having people over, I will buy the big bag of mixed baby potatoes at Costco and really get the biggest bang for my buck!

I hope you enjoy Ina Garten’s recipe as much as I do. I know you won’t be disappointed!
