This lemon garlic tilapia is scrumdiddlyumptious! I can’t even say that I don’t like lemon anymore, because apparently I do!! This recipe is super easy to make and no clean up! That’s right… no clean up!!
NUTRITION
In addition to no clean up, this tilapia’s macros are on point. Per piece of 6oz tilapia there are 205 calories, 1.5g carbs, 9g fat and 30g protein. This recipe is naturally gluten-free and also Keto friendly!
FOIL PACK
This is another Foil Pack recipe! I can’t seem to get away from them (others include honey lemon salmon, or Susan’s salmon or chili lime salmon) because they are little to no clean up and fool proof! You literally just season the fish right on top of the foil and then pour the sauce on top. Voila! You have a cocoon to cook your fish in!
WHERE TO BUY
I buy the Weber roasted garlic and herb seasoning at Von’s (my local market) or you can get it on Amazon (click here to view/buy). I bet that Target or Walmart also carry (see ingredient photo below for what it looks like). I buy the Kerrygold grass fed butter and Tilapia at Costco because you get the best bang for your buck! I simply leave out the fillets I am going to use immediately and then freeze the rest.
SERVE WITH
I served this with Quinoa salad (click here for recipe), however you can serve this with your side of choice. It can be as simple as steamed veggies or as complex as you want to get! Hope you enjoy!
