Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. add oats, water and berries to a microwavable bowl. stir.

  3. add egg whites and protein powder to mixture and stir.
