Ingredients

  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes, whole
  • 8 oz baby carrots
  • 6.5 oz celery sticks, washed and cut
  • 5 oz english cucumbers, sliced
  • 4 oz mini bell peppers

DIPPING OPTIONS

  • 12 oz hummus dip
  • fat free, greek yogurt or light ranch dressing
  • pita chips

Instructions

  1. place hummus or dressing in middle of platter. arrange everything in groups around it! (see photos).
