This body weight workout is a kick butt workout and the best part is that you do not need any equipment! All you need is yourself and a little motivation to get moving!
TRAVEL OR AT HOME. WHEREVER YOU ARE!
I have done this workout numerous times in my hotel room and just demonstrated it in my living without any shoes on! There are 10 different body weight movements going down in reps from 100 to 10. If you are short on time you can cut the numbers in half or swap out any other body weight movement that you prefer.

100 Body Weight Squats
