Body Weight Workout (No Equipment Needed!)

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED! JUST YOU!

This body weight workout is a kick butt workout and the best part is that you do not need any equipment! All you need is yourself and a little motivation to get moving!

TRAVEL OR AT HOME. WHEREVER YOU ARE!

I have done this workout numerous times in my hotel room and just demonstrated it in my living without any shoes on! There are 10 different body weight movements going down in reps from 100 to 10. If you are short on time you can cut the numbers in half or swap out any other body weight movement that you prefer.

DEMONSTRATION AND MODIFICATIONS

See YouTube Video below (or by clicking here) for a full demonstration on each of the moves with modifications included! You can either go along with the video and pause as needed or just print out the graphic and do this on your own wherever you like!

100 Body Weight Squats

90 Jumping Jacks

80 Sit-ups

70 Mountain Climbers

60 Reverse Lunges

50 Push ups

40 Spider-men

30 High Knees

20 Cross Punches

10 Burpees
