VERSATILE PROTEIN
Chicken is one of the most versatile proteins you are going to find. It is a great source of protein, low calorie, low fat and full of essential vitamins and minerals.
The flavor profile of chicken isn’t overpowering, so that makes it an amazing protein to add to any dish. Anytime I find a recipe that is vegetarian or meant to be a side dish I add some diced chicken to it and Voila! I have a full meal.
Below I show you how to dice chicken breasts and saute them to add to any dish you choose. To dice the breasts you can either use a nice knife OR Chicken scissors! I love the ones you see in the photo from Pampered Chef. They are amazing and make the job super easy.
So grab that favorite side dish recipe you have laying around and add some chicken to it! Or try some of my ready made recipes like Buffalo Chicken Bake, Pesto Chicken Bake, Chicken Ginger Mango Rice Bowl, Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Chicken Pad Thai… the possibilities are endless!
